Workshops
A variety of topics including: cooking, parenting, and living on a low income.  These workshops are held at your community resource/health centre (CRC/CHC) or Employment and Financial Assistance Centre (EFAC).

Special Diet Allowance (ODSP or OW)
Special Diet Allowance is available to anyone receiving ODSP or OW who requires assistance with the cost of a special diet for a medical condition listed on the Special Diets Schedule. Funding allowance is based on medical condition. The amount varies from $10 to maximum of $250 a month depending on condition.
