The Community Diabetes Education Program of Ottawa ( CDEPO) will be the leader in community diabetes education and self-management care for adults with diabetes in Ottawa and will be a recognized model of best practice for community diabetes programming across Canada. 

The CDEPO is committed to excellence in providing accessible, timely diabetes education and self management support to adults with diabetes.  Through collaborative practice with health care partners we ensure that people will receive the most appropriate level of care by the best providers.
